"The Town of Boxford is a residential community in Essex County, approximately 25 miles north of Boston. The town is primarily rural in nature, and this character has been maintained by a minimum lot size of 2 acres, which has been unchanged since 1949. There are two Congregational Churches and two country stores in Boxford, which is the second largest town in the county."
