Accuracy of Information

In any work of this type, errors and inaccuracies are a constant problem. We regret this. Errors and inaccuracies that are brought to our attention via e-mail or other means will be addressed as highest priority. Our action will be sent in a reply via appropriate means and in a timely manner.

At no time will we accept responsibility for accuracy or suitability of any information that lies beyond the information in this Index. Final responsibility lies solely with the viewer.

Reliability of Service

Please be aware that the Internet and the World Wide Web have a long way to go before achieving the reliability of the nation's telephone system.

We may contribute to the occasional unreliability but remember that we must keep our pages available or lose you. For this reason it can be assumed that if something goes wrong somewhere, we are going to work hard to fix it.

Most problems are beyond our control and range from a call-waiting telephone feature causing an individual problem, a distant server going down, or even a portion of the entire Internet backbone experiencing technical problems.

To a great extent, we are all in the same position. In truth, everything works better than anyone has a right to expect, and reliability is getting better all the time.
