Q. - How will I know that what I send gets there?
A. - This form is handled by special software on the server which will send return email to you, send your data to the correct person and also send a copy to the webmaster just to make sure!
Q. - The link to the town I want does not work. How come?
A. - We check our links on a continuous basis and fix several broken links per state per day. A link may not work for several reasons: their server is down for some reason, they have moved and not told anybody, they have pulled the page for some reason, there may be trouble on the Internet, your ISP, our ISP, your local cable company, dsl provider, phone company, or we could have made a coding error. Rare but possible. Let us know and we will find out, fix, or replace and let you know!
Q. - You have a link that offends me. What are you going to do about it?
A. - First of all, we have been approved by RSAC, the Internet Content Rating Association. We take this rating seriously and rigorously ban gambling, adult material, and the like from our pages. We are religion/politics/race neutral and defend this stance also. If your feedback is based upon personal preference or prejudice it will most likely not be honored. We will review but you must respect our position also and either accept or move on.
