Hi John,

Well, the meeting with NuStyle was more just informational.  All renters must be out of the building by Oct. 1st.  NuStyle will take over the building at that time and be responsible.

 

COHA will relocate the office to MidAmerican Building downtown.  The Gift Shop is still looking for a place. COHA will manage and be responsible for the auditorium and the gym (any activities that we can bring in).

 

Parking is still a number one priority. NuStyle and the architect are working on a couple of plans.  Plans for the apartments will not be ready until some time late January of 2002.  Construction is expected to begin in March of 2002.

 

COHA will need to raise funds for "extra" things in the auditorium and gym
that NuStyle will not cover in their remodeling.
