Charles Larimer has organized the musical entertainment. Dave Wenberg's much acclaimed musical group will play at the Marina on Saturday night. The only cost is the registration fee for Dave and his relatives.
Friday night - DJ, Paul Reinart. Cost is $175
Saturday night - Dave Wenberg's band, "The Last Chapter"
Dave has promised to keep the sound levels not too high.
Paul has agreed to receive $175, and to move to Friday night.
Money: Deposits are $710.
Attendance fees were reviewed and are as follows.

Pictures
Mike Crary has generously offered to organize instant action pictures during the festivities. Mike has a high tech digital camera, display and printing system. During the reunion pictures will be taken, displayed and developed within an hour. The only cost to the reunion is the paper.
Mailings
The registration material was sent out first class because Mary didn't use bulk mail marked envelopes. This was a good thing. At least a dozen letters were properly forwarded and the new addresses reported back.
Mailing cost, Copies $155, Staples OS $25, postage $145.
A reminder mailing for us procrastinators will be sent out June 15. The missing persons list will not be sent at that time.
Schedule
The schedule was reviewed and approved. The Saturday lunch will be simple with bagels and fruit.
Don Jensen, President of the Castle on the Hill Association, has been alerted about the tour.
Jeff Lewis has generously offered his services as Master of Ceremonies. Jeff asked if we could send him "material". I am not sure what "material" is, but send all your worst garbage to his email address, Jeff Lewis: Lewieblue@aol.com.
